Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app settings. This is the recommended method. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. To delete your account, go to Account > Delete Account. You will be asked your username and password to confirm your decision. Alternatively, you can contact us using the form below to request account deletion. Please provide your registered name and registered email address to help us identify your account. We will verify your identity before processing the deletion request. Once deleted, you will not be able to sign in and your data cannot be recovered.
